For this week's menu January 14th we have three delicious soups: 1. Chipotle/veggie soup (a little bit spicy). This is a dairy free Vegan soup that is gluten free and contains legumes. 2. Beef/borscht (a beef and beet soup) which is gluten free, dairy free and legume free; 3. Cabbage, sausage and noodle soup, dairy free, legume free and contains gluten. Also salad, homemade white bread, coffee cake and lacy oatmeal cookies which sounds great with a nice hot cup of coffee!! Our live entertainment today is Ruth Grierson and Debbie Krysak playing, strumming and picking their favorite tunes to keep us entertained while we enjoy our lunch.

So anyone who has spent time at the Common Good must recall at least one encounter with our beloved volunteer Marlene... we were blessed to have a get together in her honor before she take the long trek back to Ireland ... until spring when we meet again.....
